This beautiful vacation home sleeps 6.
* 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms have king beds,
* The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
We supply all of the linens.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The house has dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove, washer/dryer
Cable TV (including HBO)
The house has a beautiful view of a meadow called Barton Meadow and a creek called Trout Creek that runs through
it. We have a lot of vacationers that return year after year, so therefore it's first come, first serve as to
reserving dates.
We have a rental agent that rents the house out in addition to our listing on the RentTahoe site. Once you
call me with the dates you would like, I then call and check with the rental agency to see if they have it booked.
If it is available, I have them block the times that you would like. You will deal with me directly. If you go
through them they will charge the higher prices.

RATES:
2 people: $100.00 per night during the regular season (**Please call for our holiday rates)
For each additional person add $15.00 for each night---3 people=$115.00 & so on.
Maximum limit: No more than 6 people in the house.
Children under 2 are free.
We have a minimum of 2 nights rental
Sorry, the garage is not available for use
There is an $80.00 cleaning fee which is non-refundable.
A $200.00 deposit is required which is not included in the rental charges or the cleaning fee.
This is to cover for any phone charges, broken items or missing household items or any damage that is found.
**Your deposit will be refunded by mail after you leave.
Payments are by cash/check only.
Sorry - we do not take credit cards.
Check in time is after 3:00 PM
Check out time is 10:00 AM
Our vacation home is a non-smoking environment - no smokers please!
*Small animals are only allowed when special arrangements have been made in advance. There is an
additional deposit for pets.
