Our spacious new vacation home is located in the lakefront community of Marla Bay, Nevada. This delightful area was established in the 1920's and truly reflects the "Old Tahoe Experience." A wonderful location - just four miles to "stateline", a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and one mile to Zephyr Cove or Safeway and Roundhill Shopping Center. The house has a very open and airy floorplan. Previous guests have been delighted with their stay in this tastefully decorated vacation home and plan to return

* The rental rate starts at $300 per night: (Nightly rates are based on the season, number of people and length of stay)
* The cleaning fee is $125 per stay
* A refundable Security Deposit of $250 to $500 is required, depending on length of stay
